About organizing PDF pages

Vertozi copies the pages you keep into a new PDF, in the order you choose. Text stays selectable and pages are not compressed again.

You can add pages from other PDFs and from JPG or PNG images. Images are placed on A4 pages. Blank pages take the size of the page before them.

When should you organize a PDF?

  • A scanned document came out in the wrong order.
  • You need to remove blank or unnecessary pages before sending.
  • You want to add a signed page or a photo of a receipt to a PDF.
  • A page is sideways and needs to be rotated.
